Baseball Programs      

Off Season Program:  This comprehensive, baseball specific training program emphasizes efficient baseball movement through sport specific drills to improve field quickness and speed, as well as targeting overall strength through training and nutrition.  This program highlights phase training such as, mobility and stability, strength endurance, hypertrophy, and power.  Initial phases of the program improve neuromuscular communication and the quality of muscle tissue, two important aspects of reducing the risk of injury and preparing the joints for the added force production of subsequent phases.  The program has a great deal of emphasis placed on core-stability, blending total-body exercise with sport-specific exercise. 

Days per week: 3-5 (60 minute sessions)
Duration: 3-5 months 



In-Season Program:  Two to three times a week, you’ll perform sport specific movements, addressing all planes of motion, and all muscular actions.  During this phase of training, aspects of strength endurance and mobility will be used.  This approach will keep you strong and sharp throughout your season and keep your performance on track to peak when you need it most, during the playoffs.

Days per week: 2-3 (60 minute sessions)
